CyberCycle(Price, Alpha);

Price - Is the price that the indicator should be calculated on. This value can be smoothed before input.

Alpha - Alpha is a value between 1 and 0 and is synonymous to periods with other indicators.

The cyber cycle indicator is based on John Ehler's work in his book "Rocket Science for Traders".
